Now Shipping: Howa Fence Line Rifles in Standard, Mini Actions

Howa has finally made good on its promise of bringing its popular Fence Line series to the US market. The new rifles are shipping now, including short-action, long-action, magnum, and even mini action choices. Based on Howa’s long-in-the-lineup Model 1500 action, these rifles feature polymer stocks, a modern finish on the metal and muzzle brake, three-position safety, hammer-forged barrels, and two-stage triggers. The MSRP starts at $729.

As noted by The Firearm Blog, the 1500-series action has been in production since 1979, so you would expect a quality product from Howa. They back up the Fence Line series with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and a sub-MOA precision guarantee.
