> BT Gun Company is a licensed FFL (Federal Firearms License) gun shop in Rubicon, Wisconsin. We sell firearms, ammunition, optics and reloading supplies online and ship to FFL dealers across the United States, and we handle local FFL transfers, gunsmithing and cleaning by appointment.

## FFL transfer pricing (we receive a firearm you bought online or from another dealer)
- Long gun or lower receiver: $25
- Handgun (Wisconsin state fee included): $35
- Combination: 1 handgun + 1 long gun on the same transfer: $35
- Each additional firearm on the same background check: $5
- Examples: one handgun $35; two handguns $40; one long gun $25; two long guns $30; a handgun and a long gun together $35.
- Transfer fees are waived when you purchase and pick up a new firearm directly from BT Gun Company.
- Payment for the transfer fee: cash or credit card. Checks are not accepted.
- Private party (person-to-person) transfers are handled at the same fees. There is no storage fee while a transfer is completed.

## FFL transfer requirements
- A valid Wisconsin ID showing your current address. Transfers are for Wisconsin residents only at this time.
- Age: 18 or older for a long gun; 21 or older for a handgun.
- Handguns: Wisconsin DOJ background check. Long guns: NICS background check. No waiting period applies when the check is approved instantly.
- NFA items (suppressors, short-barreled rifles and shotguns, and other NFA items) are not transferred.
- To ship a firearm to us, give the seller a copy of our FFL (download on the transfer page), then contact us to schedule your appointment.
- If a background check is denied the firearm cannot be transferred to you; we can sell it on consignment for 15% of the selling price plus the full shipping cost.

## Shipping and returns (online orders)
- Firearms must ship to a local dealer holding an FFL; the buyer has that dealer email their license to us. The receiving dealer runs the background check and typically charges a small transfer fee.
- We ship firearms, ammunition and gear to FFLs across the United States, but not to Hawaii or Alaska. Shipping restrictions apply by state and item type.
- Orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days after payment and FFL paperwork; delivery usually takes 2 to 7 days. Special-order firearms take 7 to 14 days.
- All firearm sales are final. A firearm can be exchanged only if it arrives damaged in shipping or is not the item ordered, reported within 3 days of the FFL dealer receiving it.
- Non-firearm items can be returned within 30 days of purchase with approval, original receipt and unused in original packaging. Ammunition, powder and primers cannot be returned.
