All sales of Firearms and Ammunition are final. No exceptions!

After purchasing a firearm, if you discover any issues or problems with the firearm, please refer to the Manufacturer's Warranty. If you need assistance with returning a firearm to the manufacturer for warranty work we will be glad to assist you

For non-firearm and non-ammunition item returns:

The return period is thirty (30) days and the item(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt.

Refunds will be provided in the same tender as the original sale. In the event the product is defective, please refer to the manufacturer warranty. Any and all returns will be handled at management’s discretion.

• Do not return any items without prior approval, they will be refused 

• Item must be in original packaging with all original contents

• Item must be unused

• Include a copy of any invoices or paperwork

Photos of items may vary from the actual item or packaging, as often, stock photos are used. Please verify the item, by description or part number, is the actual device expected before purchasing

Prohibited Items

If you order an item forbidden in your state, that you are too young to transfer, that you fail a background check on, or any other reason related to being ineligible to purchase, you will owe return shipping and a $50 restocking fee. No exceptions. State laws are constantly changing. BT Gun Company expects buyers to be aware of their own state (and federal) laws before ordering.

Retail Firearm Transfers

Handguns, Shotguns, Rifles, lower receivers and frames  can only be transferred to Wisconsin residents at our Retail Location.
