Returns and Refunds

  1. Non-Returnable Items: For safety and regulatory reasons, items like ammunition, gun powder, primers, most liquids, and other hazardous materials cannot be returned.

  2. Firearms: Firearm purchases come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If you have any issues, contact the manufacturer first.

  3. 80% Frames & Receivers: These cannot be returned once modified in any way.

  4. Restricted Products: Items subject to federal, state, or local regulations cannot be returned.


  • After we receive your return, we’ll email you to confirm. We’ll let you know if your refund is approved or rejected.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 2-3 days to your original payment method.

  • Note: We don’t call or verify FFL locations for firearm transfers. It’s your responsibility to ensure they are operating and will legally transfer the firearm.

  • Firearm Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee per Firearm applies if:

    • Your transferring dealer refuses the order and it’s returned.
    • The shipment is not accepted by the transferring dealer.
    • Shipments must be delivered to the shipping address on the order; rerouting is not allowed.
    • Contact us ASAP, we will help work through this. The restocking fee is a condition of our supplier.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If your refund is delayed, first check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If you still have issues, email us at

  • Sale Items: Only regular priced items can be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.

Shipping Returns

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. The cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • For more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return.
