Customer Responsibility
Responsible Firearm Usage: Firearms, like many other items, can be dangerous if used improperly. By purchasing through this system, you agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the manufacturer and to use firearms in a safe and lawful manner in approved areas.
Legal Responsibility: You assume full responsibility for the legality of any item you purchase. You are responsible for checking local laws before ordering or using items from BTGUNCO.COM or any manufacturer whose products are sold here.
Compliance with Firearms Laws: You are responsible for complying with all firearms laws in your area. If you have any concerns about the legality of a product you’ve ordered, you must notify us immediately.
Payment Responsibility: You are responsible for payment for all orders placed through this online system. If you’re uncertain about a purchase, do not order it.
Age Requirement: You must be of legal age to own items you order. Specifically, you must be at least 18 years old to purchase any item from BTGUNCO.COM and 21 years old if purchasing handguns or ATF-defined “OTHER” firearms.
Identification Requirement: You may be requested to provide a valid state identification before your order is shipped. Additionally, you must provide a valid contact phone number when placing an order.
ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and EAR (Export Administration Regulations) Compliance Statement
By ordering any product(s) from BT Gun Company website, you certify that you, or third-party entities at your direction, will not sell, transport, ship or transfer outside the borders of the United States, nor to any foreign person*,any product(s) which are export-restricted by U.S. export-control law and regulation, without proper U.S. Government export authorization, licensing, and documentation.
Export-restricted items include, but are not limited to, firearms, ammunition, electronic equipment, certain gear and firearm accessories, weapon-mounted or handheld optical equipment including rifle or handgun scopes, night vision and night vision accessories, holographic sight systems, “red-dot” optics, thermal vision, and tactical lights and lasers, knives, and body armor including vests, helmets and shields.
You must indicate on your order if you intend for an item(s) to be exported. An indication of desire for exportation in no way compels btgunco.com to assist with export in any way, before or after purchase of an item(s). Export, or attempt to export, any controlled or prohibited items outside of the U.S. without complying with U.S. export control regulations can result in severe civil and criminal penalties and/or constitute a federal crime. Btgunco.com will not participate in any transaction, directly or indirectly, involving the illegal export or re-export of any prohibited items.
* “Foreign Person” under ITAR § 120.16 means “any natural person who is not a lawful permanent resident as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1101 (a)(20) or who is not a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3)”, and can mean “any foreign corporation, business association, trust, society, or any other entity or group that is not incorporated or organized to do business in the U.S., as well as international organizations, foreign governments, and any agency or subdivisions of government (e.g. diplomatic missions).”
Cancellation and Order Change Fee
After placing an order online or through a sales associate, a 20% Cancellation/Change fee will be applied if you decide to cancel or change your order. This fee is necessary to help maintain competitive prices for our customers.
Item Availability
If we run out of stock for an item with multiple orders, we will honor the first funded order. Items will be set aside for you only after your order is funded.
Online Price & Description Errors
Occasionally, our online inventory may contain errors in descriptions or prices. We reserve the right to refuse orders for items with errors. If an order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in unopened condition, and we will not bill the customer. We strive for accuracy, but we do not guarantee that product descriptions are error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Payment & Tax
Sales tax applies to orders shipped within Wisconsin and other states when sales tax nexus applies. We accept major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Immediate credit card checkout is the only payment option available.
Compliance with State Laws
It’s your responsibility to ensure that your purchases comply with local and state laws. Some states have specific regulations, and we may need documentation for certain items.
Shipping
You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships. Firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. Processing times vary. Shipping to non-continental states may incur additional charges.
Product Availability
We do not hold items without payment. Some items are drop-shipped, and while waiting for payment or FFL information, items may sell out. Unpaid items may be relisted.
Return Policy
All sales are final; no refunds are provided. We cover return and redelivery shipping costs if we shipped the wrong item. Inspect firearms at your FFL’s location before completing the 4473 form.
