The Ergo 4822 .750 Adjustable Gas Block is designed to fit under the Ergo Modular and SuperLite Rail System as well as most other manufacturer?s free float handguards. The gas block allows the user to variably fine tune their rifle?s gas system down to full shutoff. Adjustments are made via a 10-32 set-screw and a 4-40 brass retaining screw ensures the system remains locked no need for Locktite. The adjustable gas block retains the same height/profile as the standard Ergo low profile gas block. Melonite QPQ finish for durability and machined from 4140 chromoly steel with chamfered edges featuring a slip on fit for ease of installation and secured with two set screws.

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment and all required documentation are received. Time to arrival after shipment depends on the carrier. Shipping method is at BT Gun Company’s discretion; ammunition and oversized accessories are charged at actual shipping cost. We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
FIREARM TRANSFERS
- Firearms must ship to a licensed FFL dealer of your choosing — confirm with them first that they can accept the transfer.
- Your receiving FFL will need to email their license to [email protected] before we can ship.
- Inspect your firearm at your FFL’s location before signing ATF Form 4473 — once signed, the firearm is considered accepted.
