This mounting shoe allows you to attach your InfiRay RICO MICRO thermal unit to a helmet in either a dual-mounted or obverse-mounted configuration.

InfiRay Outdoors partnered with American Defense Manufacturing to produce the Obverse MICRO Shoe (OMS) to enable helmet mounting of the RICO MICRO thermal unit in a dual-mounted or obverse-mounted configuration.
This part combines a standard dovetail shoe commonly used on helmet mounted night vision optics and a rigid frame designed specifically to fit the RICO MICRO unit using three housing screws. In a dual configuration one MICRO unit will be mounted with the (not included) AC52 PICTAIL Helmet/Weapon Shoe while the second MICRO unit is mounted with this Obverse shoe to allow for proper spacing and alignment of the thermal units with the battery doors facing outward.
Machined from 6061 aircraft aluminum alloy the Obverse Mount provides a strong mounting interface while adding only minimal weight. The surface is treated with type 3 hard coat anodized finish for a minimal reflection and improved wear resistance.

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment and all required documentation are received. Time to arrival after shipment depends on the carrier. Shipping method is at BT Gun Company’s discretion; ammunition and oversized accessories are charged at actual shipping cost. We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
FIREARM TRANSFERS
- Firearms must ship to a licensed FFL dealer of your choosing — confirm with them first that they can accept the transfer.
- Your receiving FFL will need to email their license to [email protected] before we can ship.
- Inspect your firearm at your FFL’s location before signing ATF Form 4473 — once signed, the firearm is considered accepted.
