The 6.5×47 Lapua case has a base diameter and loading length similar to the .308 Win. case allowing it to accept the same bolt heads and fit into similar firearm actions and rifle magazines. Lapua’s 6.5×47 case is also the parent case of several popular wildcats and is frequently necked down to 6mm. This modification allows the 6.5×47 brass to fulfill an even greater range of hunting varminting or target shooting applications aided by Lapua’s versatile selection of Scenar projectiles. With the incredibly wide range of both match bullets and hunting bullets available in the 6.5 line the 6.5×47 brass can be tailored to almost any type of game or sport shooting competition. Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment and all required documentation are received. Time to arrival after shipment depends on the carrier. Shipping method is at BT Gun Company’s discretion; ammunition and oversized accessories are charged at actual shipping cost. We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
FIREARM TRANSFERS
- Firearms must ship to a licensed FFL dealer of your choosing — confirm with them first that they can accept the transfer.
- Your receiving FFL will need to email their license to [email protected] before we can ship.
- Inspect your firearm at your FFL’s location before signing ATF Form 4473 — once signed, the firearm is considered accepted.
