The Lee Quick Change Drum Set includes four precision nylon drums for charging a wide range of calibers. Interchangeable drums allow quick changes between small and large capacity charging.

The Lee Quick Change Drum Set features four precision molded nylon drums :
- (2) small drums for charging 25 ACP to 223 Remington
- (2) large drums for charging the 223 Remington to Large Magnums. Also include an insert to allow reduced capacity charging similar to smaller drum.
- Quick Change Drum Set can be used in conjunction with the Classic Powder Measure and the Auto Drum Powder Measure.
All drums are infinitely adjustable within range. No tools are required for adjustment. A graduated adjustment key included with each drum. Each turn of the adjusting screw is .1cc or about 1 grain of powder. Each key is marked with .01cc graduations allowing easy 1/10 grain powder adjustments.
Quickly set your charge and mark it and the powder type on the flat of the drum set for easy reference for future reloading.

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment and all required documentation are received. Time to arrival after shipment depends on the carrier. Shipping method is at BT Gun Company’s discretion; ammunition and oversized accessories are charged at actual shipping cost. We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
FIREARM TRANSFERS
- Firearms must ship to a licensed FFL dealer of your choosing — confirm with them first that they can accept the transfer.
- Your receiving FFL will need to email their license to [email protected] before we can ship.
- Inspect your firearm at your FFL’s location before signing ATF Form 4473 — once signed, the firearm is considered accepted.
