Aluminum is used by Lee to create mould blocks making them rust resistant. Aluminum also heats up and cools down fast especially when compared to iron and steel moulds.
In addition aluminum is a light material so the risk of fatigue on the bullet caster is less. Lee CNC machines the block halves in an effort to produce rounder and more correct sized bullets even in just a few casts.
Lee 7/8oz Slug Mold features the exclusive drive key which positively rotates the slug in rifled shotgun barrels. Includes sprue plate handles and instruction with suggested loads. 7/8 OZ diameter = .681 inches length= .545 inches

Shipping method is at BT Gun Company’s discretion; ammunition and oversized accessories are charged at actual shipping cost. We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
FIREARM TRANSFERS
- Firearms must ship to a licensed FFL dealer of your choosing — confirm with them first that they can accept the transfer.
- Your receiving FFL will need to email their license to [email protected] before we can ship.
- Inspect your firearm at your FFL’s location before signing ATF Form 4473 — once signed, the firearm is considered accepted.
