Pietta’s 1873 Great Western II "Californian" guns feature hammer forged steel barrels and frames that are drop forged and then CNC machined. Additionally they have wider rear and larger front sights for faster sight acquisition. Just like the original Colts these "period correct" revolvers have a floating firing pin in the hammer and casehardened frames. This combination of traditional aesthetics with the best modern technology makes the Great Western II the most sought after durable and reliable single action revolver on the market.

Shipping method is at BT Gun Company’s discretion; ammunition and oversized accessories are charged at actual shipping cost. We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
FIREARM TRANSFERS
- Firearms must ship to a licensed FFL dealer of your choosing — confirm with them first that they can accept the transfer.
- Your receiving FFL will need to email their license to [email protected] before we can ship.
- Inspect your firearm at your FFL’s location before signing ATF Form 4473 — once signed, the firearm is considered accepted.
