The RCBS Safari 3-Die Roll Crimp Set is designed for .500 Jeffery cartridges, perfect for dangerous game hunting. This set includes a sizer die, expander die, and seater die to ensure proper sizing, expansion, and roll crimping.

The Safari Die Series’ 3-Die Roll Crimp Set covers straight-wall cartridges typically used for dangerous game in Africa. Its steel sizer die sizes the case and de-primes. Note: Cases must be lubricated. The Expander Die expands the case to the proper diameter to accept the bullet and it imparts case mouth flare/bell for bullet feeding. The Seater Die seats the bullet and roll crimps. The .500 Jeffery and .505 Gibbs are made on 1-inch die bodies and require a press adapter bushing (not included). Note: The Rock Chucker® Supreme comes standard with a 1-1/4-inch-12 to 7/8-inch-14 press bushing adapter.

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment and all required documentation are received. Time to arrival after shipment depends on the carrier. Shipping method is at BT Gun Company’s discretion; ammunition and oversized accessories are charged at actual shipping cost. We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
FIREARM TRANSFERS
- Firearms must ship to a licensed FFL dealer of your choosing — confirm with them first that they can accept the transfer.
- Your receiving FFL will need to email their license to [email protected] before we can ship.
- Inspect your firearm at your FFL’s location before signing ATF Form 4473 — once signed, the firearm is considered accepted.
