The RCBS UPM-3 Competition Powder Measure combines the proven Uniflow Powder Measure with a powder baffle and Micrometer Adjustment Screw for even more precise measurements. The powder baffle controls the powder flow and the pressure of the powder column on the metering unit while the Micrometer Adjustment Screw allows for precise adjustments to the metered charge. This also allows reloaders to record the number for future reference.
The handle can be positioned on either the right or left side depending on your preference. It's essential to note that this powder measure should be used in conjunction with an accurate powder scale for setting the original charge and checking charges occasionally during the run. Lastly never use the Competition Powder Measure with black powder.

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment and all required documentation are received. Time to arrival after shipment depends on the carrier. Shipping method is at BT Gun Company’s discretion; ammunition and oversized accessories are charged at actual shipping cost. We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
FIREARM TRANSFERS
- Firearms must ship to a licensed FFL dealer of your choosing — confirm with them first that they can accept the transfer.
- Your receiving FFL will need to email their license to [email protected] before we can ship.
- Inspect your firearm at your FFL’s location before signing ATF Form 4473 — once signed, the firearm is considered accepted.
