Beef Stroganoff with Cream Sauce – Signature Edition Pro Adventure Meal with Ike Eastman.
Without a doubt creating a meal for a legend like Eastman comes as a tall order. The Eastman family has established a multiple generation legacy that probes into the very heart of the American West. When ReadyWise was creating a meal with Ike they wanted it to be something classic but something elevated and done in a way that no one has ever done before.
For Ike's meal ReadyWise created Beef Stroganoff that is cooked from scratch by the ReadyWise chefs. The history of a backcountry meal like stroganoff dates back generations much like the Eastman family but that is where the nostalgia ends. This meal is something truly unique chef-crafted in the ReadyWise kitchen using premium ingredients cooked to perfection as a complete dish BEFORE being freeze dried.
