The Thompson 1927A1 Carbine is a faithful semi-auto reproduction of the classic Tommy Gun. Chambered in .45 ACP with a 16.5″ barrel and walnut stock.

All the classic details of the time honored original are reproduced in today's semi-auto Thompson. The frame and receiver are machined from solid steel or aluminum. The wood is genuine American walnut. This .45 caliber carbine features a 16 1/2" finned barrel compensator and is available with a blued steel receiver or a lighter weight aluminum receiver. This configuration is our most popular model.

Shipping method is at BT Gun Company’s discretion; ammunition and oversized accessories are charged at actual shipping cost. We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
FIREARM TRANSFERS
- Firearms must ship to a licensed FFL dealer of your choosing — confirm with them first that they can accept the transfer.
- Your receiving FFL will need to email their license to [email protected] before we can ship.
- Inspect your firearm at your FFL’s location before signing ATF Form 4473 — once signed, the firearm is considered accepted.
