The Savage Arms Rascal Hardwood is a compact, right-hand .22 LR bolt-action rifle designed for shooters developing fundamental rifle skills. Its single-shot layout and manageable dimensions make it a practical choice for introductory range use and deliberate marksmanship practice.
This model combines a brown hardwood stock with adjustable peep sights, a manual safety, and Savage’s user-adjustable AccuTrigger. The feed ramp simplifies loading, while the bolt cocks as it is lifted and permits unloading without pulling the trigger.

FIREARM TRANSFERS
- Firearms must ship to a licensed FFL dealer of your choosing — confirm with them first that they can accept the transfer.
- Your receiving FFL will need to email their license to [email protected] before we can ship.
- Inspect your firearm at your FFL’s location before signing ATF Form 4473 — once signed, the firearm is considered accepted.
