The TacSol X-Ring VR Gen 2 is a .22 LR semi-automatic takedown receiver designed for Ruger 10/22 Takedown builds. Its olive drab finish and complete receiver configuration make it well suited to shooters assembling a lightweight rimfire rifle or upgrading an existing platform.
This receiver combines a billet aluminum body with an ambidextrous charging handle, hardened stainless-steel bolt, dual-guide-rod recoil system, and rear cleaning port. The takedown version includes an integrated 15 MOA optic rail, while the complete assembly includes essential installation and operating components.

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment and all required documentation are received. Time to arrival after shipment depends on the carrier. Shipping method is at BT Gun Company’s discretion; ammunition and oversized accessories are charged at actual shipping cost. We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
FIREARM TRANSFERS
- Firearms must ship to a licensed FFL dealer of your choosing — confirm with them first that they can accept the transfer.
- Your receiving FFL will need to email their license to [email protected] before we can ship.
- Inspect your firearm at your FFL’s location before signing ATF Form 4473 — once signed, the firearm is considered accepted.
