The Pedersoli 1874 Sharps Old West Rifle is a single-shot rifle chambered in .45-70 Government, featuring a 30″ barrel and a classic wood stock. This model combines traditional craftsmanship with modern enhancements, making it ideal for precision shooting and historical reenactments.

There were several new series of these guns both following the old time gunsmiths personal initiative and obeying the specific request of the customers. The custom work intended to improve the rifles mechanically to equip them with new Creedmoor sights or simply to vary the aesthetics of the rifle with inlays engravings or customized work to the stock.
The new 1874 Sharps Old West gets the inspiration from a rifle made by Henry Slotterbeck a gunsmith from Württemberg emigrated to the States around the 1850 who after having worked for some years for Henry Deringer in Philadelphia founded the Slotter & Co.
The stock has brass parts for both the “Walnut” and ""Maple"" versions.
On the right side of the butt stock there is a plate that can be personalized with some engraving of choice.
The forend has wedge plates. The pistol grip cap is made of case hardened steel.

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment and all required documentation are received. Time to arrival after shipment depends on the carrier. Shipping method is at BT Gun Company’s discretion; ammunition and oversized accessories are charged at actual shipping cost. We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
FIREARM TRANSFERS
- Firearms must ship to a licensed FFL dealer of your choosing — confirm with them first that they can accept the transfer.
- Your receiving FFL will need to email their license to [email protected] before we can ship.
- Inspect your firearm at your FFL’s location before signing ATF Form 4473 — once signed, the firearm is considered accepted.
