The LaserLyte 1226988 is a brass .223 Remington/5.56 NATO laser trainer cartridge and bore sighter. It allows shooters to practice dry-firing or sight-in their optics at home without using live ammunition.
- Dry-Fire Practice: When the trigger is pulled the firing pin strikes the built-in rubber snap cap activating a red laser that flashes for (1/10)th of a second on the target.
- Dual Purpose: Can be used as a laser trainer with LaserLyte targets or as a bore sighter to quickly align iron sights and optics.
- Specs: Features a visible Class 3A red laser (650 nm).
- Battery Life: Runs on standard batteries good for up to 3000 shots.

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment and all required documentation are received. Time to arrival after shipment depends on the carrier. Shipping method is at BT Gun Company’s discretion; ammunition and oversized accessories are charged at actual shipping cost. We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
FIREARM TRANSFERS
- Firearms must ship to a licensed FFL dealer of your choosing — confirm with them first that they can accept the transfer.
- Your receiving FFL will need to email their license to [email protected] before we can ship.
- Inspect your firearm at your FFL’s location before signing ATF Form 4473 — once signed, the firearm is considered accepted.
