You get a high-quality product with the Leupold 2-Piece Quick Release Base – Kimber .8400. These bases have been rigorously tested at the 100-yard range in Leupold's Oregon plant. During the process scopes were removed and replaced repeatedly all the while maintaining the highest level of accuracy.
Even under this rigorous testing the scopes were within half an inch of the original target mark. At the center of the unique and patented mechanism are machining tolerances that are super-close. This base will secure your mount and scope providing for better alignment overall.

FIREARM TRANSFERS
- Firearms must ship to a licensed FFL dealer of your choosing — confirm with them first that they can accept the transfer.
- Your receiving FFL will need to email their license to [email protected] before we can ship.
- Inspect your firearm at your FFL’s location before signing ATF Form 4473 — once signed, the firearm is considered accepted.
