HIVIZ Tritium illuminated sight warranty information HIVIZ Tritium sights are covered for a period of 12 years according to the date stamp on the product against tritium failure resulting in total loss of illumination due to defects in the workmanship or material during normal use. The original owner is entitled replacement of the entire sight pending inspection for misuse. This warranty does not cover failure due to damage that is the result of abuse or accidental or improper use and or damage resulting from improper installation methods. Important Notice: This product contains tritium gas "H3" and is regulated by the US NRC. The Purchaser is exempt from any regulatory requirements. Do not attempt to disassemble the sight.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment and all required documentation are received. Time to arrival after shipment depends on the carrier. Shipping method is at BT Gun Company’s discretion; ammunition and oversized accessories are charged at actual shipping cost. We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
FIREARM TRANSFERS
- Firearms must ship to a licensed FFL dealer of your choosing — confirm with them first that they can accept the transfer.
- Your receiving FFL will need to email their license to [email protected] before we can ship.
- Inspect your firearm at your FFL’s location before signing ATF Form 4473 — once signed, the firearm is considered accepted.
