RISE Armament's Watchman XR Upper Receiver is a perfect start to an AR build intended for flat-shooting long-range accuracy. Chambered in 22 ARC this upper receiver features an 18-inch 416R stainless steel with button rifling and 1/2×28" threads. The handguard is free-floating and skeletonized to reduce weight and features a 12 o'clock picatinny rail for optics and ample M-LOK slots for accessories and four threaded sling swivel QD inserts. Other features include a premium BCG with a 9310 bolt individually MPI tested staked gas key and a durable black nitride finish. The Watchman XR Upper Receiver is rounded out with a RISE ambidextrous charging handle for right- or left-handed operation and improved ease of use with optics and gloves.

Shipping method is at BT Gun Company’s discretion; ammunition and oversized accessories are charged at actual shipping cost. We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
FIREARM TRANSFERS
- Firearms must ship to a licensed FFL dealer of your choosing — confirm with them first that they can accept the transfer.
- Your receiving FFL will need to email their license to [email protected] before we can ship.
- Inspect your firearm at your FFL’s location before signing ATF Form 4473 — once signed, the firearm is considered accepted.
